GFW x KX 2020

The world’s largest event for fashion graduates.

GFW is a charity organisation founded in 1991 by Jeff Banks CBE, Vanessa Denza MBE and John Walford. Its to unify both UK and International universities and create a stronghold for the creative industries.

Graduate Fashion Week represents the future of creative design talent. Showcasing the work of over 1,000 of the very best graduates from universities around the world. Attracting 30,000 guests each June, the annual event featured 23 catwalk shows, exhibitions from over 80 universities. The event hosts live talks featuring leading names from the fashion industry, alongside a Gala Award Show finale.

GFW 2020 was a little different though. With the pandemic still apparent, a smaller event was held at Samsung KX in Coals Drop Yard. We were asked to create a brand identity for GFW X KX 2020 and apply it across all aspects of the show. Including all digital invites, event guide and pre-show marketing. Plus signage and screens for a pre-recording of the finale catwalk and awards show.

"International Charity, Graduate Fashion Week has worked with Graphite Studios for the past two years for all event signage, graphic content for the website and social channels and brand development for charity documents. The teams professionalism both in development stages and on site at event is second to none, we could not reccomend them more highly. Director Nicky, gave us a hands on experience through the full process and worked effectively with the charities large trustee board."
